    Visit to RSPB Rathlin West Light Seabird

    Today, pupils visited the RSPB Rathlin West Light Seabird centre to learn about the birds on the island. This is always an exciting time on Rathlin as we welcome the Puffins back. Unfortunately, the puffins have not yet arrived in big enough numbers for us to spot them- maybe we will soon.

    Easter Fun

    P4-P7 were busy on Monday morning having an arts and crafts day for Easter. They made Easter cards, painted ceramics, made spring gardens and created their Easter nests. In between they even managed to do some yarn-bombing. P1-P3 decorated and raced their eggs down the hill.

    Trocaire's Lenten Campaign

    Today we held the last of our Easter Egg raffles. Pupils have been raising money over lent for Trocaire’s Lenten appeal and our final total was £142.10- a big total for such a small school. Well  done to all the pupils and parents for contributing to such a worthy cause.
